Our clients are a highly successful well know international manufacturing company based in South Wales. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to start as soon as possible

 

Main Duties

  • Deal with all aspects of Accounts Payable working within a small team and deputizing for management when required
  • Running ledgers and ensuring the proper reconciliation of associated general ledger control accounts
  • Maintain and control company creditors / achieve acceptable day’s payables

Our client is a well established and highly successful company based near Cardiff who offer a specialist development product service for a variety of UK markets. A challenging opportunity has now become available for a business / marketing graduate to work with the company for 6 months in the first instance

 

Main duties

  • Working in close consultation with the Directors of Sales and Marketing
  • Support the marketing and sales activities of each sector across a wide range of marketing and promotional activities
  • Provide a high standard of marketing information and materials, market intelligence and information service at all times
  • Co-ordinate the use of agreed company images and materials and assist in creating the correct image for the company
  • Help build and support the company sales and business development activities

 

Candidate Requirements

·         Business studies and / or marketing qualification

  • Either a graduate with sales and marketing work experience and / or 3 years sales marketing services experience 
  • Ideally experience in marketing publications, packaging design, desktop publishing.
  • IT Literate / MS Office
  • Useful if you can speak another European language but not essential
  • Experience in manufacturing or an understanding of Biological Sciences and / or Chemistry it would be useful but not essential

Main Duties

Continued demand for products combined with ambitious expansion plans has created the opportunity for a Technical Director to be responsible for sales development and implementation of multi-million pound overseas projects.

 

Main Duties

·         The Technical Director will be responsible for the lead role in selling and implementing major projects and will be part of the key management sales team

·         Manage project staff and provide specialist resources and support necessary for the projects and the sales team

·         Provide specialist project management expertise and to lead, inspire and develop the project team to ensure that they are motivated

·         Develop project plans that will yield the target levels of sales, profit, customer value and satisfaction, in line with the overall business strategy and objectives

·         Develop commercial project management opportunities and identify and negotiate new prospects to firm contracts producing  commercially viable proposal packages

·         Experience of managing a P&L.

·         Evidence of project management skills across multi disciplines/teams.

·         Experience gained working international related markets.

·         Excellent communication skills / proven experience presenting at a senior level

·         Proven track record of strong negotiation skills at senior level

·         Team player with a high level of energy and personal integrity.

·         Willing and able to travel internationally.

·         Highly numerate with an ability to analyse and evaluate commercial opportunities.

·         I.T. competency including project management software

Main purpose of the job

Responsible for the implementation of quality engineering techniques and activities in support of business needs in accordance with Company procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with FDA and ISO standards within Medical Devices.
 

Key duties

·         Project team member providing quality engineering expertise in support of product development

·         Advise on the content of and approve product and process validation protocols and reports.

Candidate profile
